- Sweet Potato150 g

- Egg white01 unit(s)
- Cocoa powder1 teaspoon
- Sweetener to taste
- Chocolate Whey Protein30 g
- Baking powder1 coffee spoon
- In a bowl, with a fork, beat the egg, white, cocoa and sweetener. Mix well. Then add the cooked and mashed sweet potato. Stir well and add a pinch of baking powder. Place in a silicone mold or other of your choice.
- Take the airfrayer for 15 min, at medium temperature
- In a bowl, add the whey with a little water until it forms a syrup, with the consistency of spoon brigadeiro.
- Once the brownie bakes, add the whey frosting and that's it!
