- Demerara sugar1 cup
- Oat flakes1 cup
- Unsweetened Shredded Coconut1 cup
- Milk or water1 cup
- Corn Starch1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon Powder to taste
- Vanilla to taste
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- In a blender beat the eggs, demerara sugar, milk or water, cornstarch, cooked sweet potato, vanilla, ground cinnamon and a pinch of salt;
- In another container mix the rolled oats, the coconut grated without sugar and yeast;
- Mix everything and put it in a greased shape;
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for like 40 minutes.
- After ready I sprinkled grated coconut and cinnamon powder on top.
