Xylitol (or other sweetener)

Bata no liquidificador ou mixer, a batata doce, os ovos, o leite de coco, o óleo de coco (ou manteiga) e o adoçante.

Beat the sweet potato, eggs, coconut milk, coconut oil (or butter) and sweetener in a blender or mixer.

Depois de bater bem acrescenta o coco ralado e o fermento e bata mais um pouco só pra misturar. Coloque para assar em forno pré-aquecido a 180 graus por 35 minutos.

After beating well, add the grated coconut and baking powder and beat a little more just to mix. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
