- Medium and raw sweet potatoes4 unit(s)

- Oil200 ml
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Royal powder1 tablespoon
- With a knife, lightly scrape the sweet potato, until its thin red skin is removed.
- Cut into pieces and place (raw) in a blender, along with the oil, sugar and egg yolks.
- Beat until it becomes a dough, if it gets heavy add a little more oil.
- While beating, prepare the beaten egg whites.
- Separated in a bowl let the flour.
- Once beaten, add the flour to the dough and mix well.
- When it is homogeneous, gradually mix the whites and finally the royal powder.
- Bake in approximately 40 minutes.
