- Sweet Potato500 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Whole milk1 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Pinch of Salt1 g
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour (no yeast)2 cup
- In the blender place the eggs (the yolks without the film), the milk, the coconut milk, sugar, butter, a pinch of salt and the sweet potato. Whisk all this together for at least 5 minutes. The more you beat, the less risk of having some unpleasant egg smell, especially when it's this kind of creamy cake.
- After that time, add the wheat flour little by little. The dough will be heavy for the blender, but already mix it with the spoon, and then continue beating and helping with the spoon, just until the dough is very smooth.
- Place in a greased and floured tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
- When you take it out of the oven, let it cool down a bit to unmold. Then just delight yourself with this hottie!
