- 1 and 1/2 liter of milk 2 cups of white rice (already washed) 3 cups of sugarCinnamon sticks to taste 1 can of condensed milk2 cup
- Cook the rice in the milk, along with the cinnamon (use a large pot so the milk boils and doesn't spill) 2. After 20 minutes, stir from time to time 3. Add the sugar and leave for 20 minutes. 4. Soon after, add the condensed milk and leave for another 20 minutes 5. Place on a beautiful platter
