- White rice2 cup
- Milk5 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Water3 cup
- grated coconut to taste
- • Prepare the rice normally and leave it on the fire until dry.
- • Add the milk, cinnamon and condensed milk and mix for another 10 minutes over low heat.
- • In another pan, grease it with a little butter (so it doesn't stick) and add the sugar and stir until it reaches the caramel point, then add the rice already prepared with the other ingredients. Mix for another 5 min.
- • Throw in the grated coconut and it's ready to serve.
