- Condensed milk1 to taste
- In a pan put 2 cups of water and the rice to cook. Cover and let it cook until it is well cooked. In another pan, place the sugar and the remaining water and make a pudding-like syrup, just don't let the syrup burn. After the rice cooks, add the milk, coconut milk, grated coconut and if you need to sweeten a little condensed milk to taste. Leave the rice to enjoy on low heat for 10 minutes and turn off. Pour the caramel sauce over the rice and mix. Serve when it is almost warm and good appetite. Wait about 20 minutes until it cools down and enjoy.
