Sweet rice with dulce de leche

Em uma panela junte água, açúcar, pitada de sal e especiarias. Leve para fervura e assim que dissolver o açúcar, junte o arroz. Cozinhe até estar al dente. Adicione o leite e cozinhe até estar macio e cremoso. Junte o doce de leite até estar homogêneo. 
Disponha em uma Tupperware , cubra com plástico filme em contato e leve para gelar.

In a pan, add water, sugar, pinch of salt and spices. Bring to a boil and as soon as the sugar dissolves, add the rice. Cook until al dente. Add the milk and cook until soft and creamy. Add the dulce de leche until smooth.
Arrange in a Tupperware, cover with plastic film in contact and take it to freeze.
