- Rice1 cup
- 1 1/2 of water1 l
- Lemon zest to taste
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Cinnamon to taste
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Peanut Paçoca to taste
- Mix the rice, cold water and lemon zest in a large pot and bring to a boil.
- Leave on low heat until soft and almost dry. Add the condensed milk, mix well and turn off the heat. Add the milk cream canister and mix well.
- Crush the paçocas and mix in the ready-made rice. If you want it with a stronger peanut taste, mix more paçocas on top. Serve sprinkled with cinnamon.
