- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Sugar2 teaspoon
- Cloves to taste1 to taste
- Cook rice with just water.
- As soon as the rice is almost cooked, add the milk and finish cooking the rice, stirring so it doesn't boil.
- Place over low heat and add the condensed milk, cloves and 1 cup of sugar.
- In another container, add 1 cup of sugar to make the caramel.
- Add the caramel to the rice, stirring quickly to avoid lumps.
- Add the cream, stir for a few more minutes (2 or 3) and place the carnations on top to decorate. And it's ready.
