- In a bowl, place the sprinkle and add the water until it covers and is two fingers above. Leave overnight. Remove all the water with the help of a clean cloth without leaving excess. It will look like a block. Crumble this dough with your hands. Pass through a sieve and add the salt. In a nonstick skillet, shape the tapioca like a pancake. When ready, the dough will be united. Don't let it get dark. Quickly flip and let the other side dry. It should be removed from the fire while it is still white. Stuff to taste.
