- Can of condensed milk1 can(s)
- Coconut Milk200 g
- Granulated Tapioca1/2 cup
- Butter1 tablespoon
- grated coconut to taste
- In a container add the granulated tapioca, coconut milk and add the can of condensed milk, let it rest (hydrate) for about 1 hour.
- Then take a medium pan to the fire, add the butter and the hydrated mixture, always stir in low fire until the mixture thickens and unglues from the bottom of the pan.
- Turn off the heat and pour the brigadeiro on a plate to cool. Roll into balls and roll in grated coconut.
- Ready.
