- Whole milk600 g
- Condensed milk395 g
- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Sweetened Moist Coconut100 g
- Granulated Tapioca120 g
- Mix the whole milk, condensed milk and vanilla essence and bring to a simmer. Then add the coconut and tapioca and mix well or until smooth.
- Pour into medium or small-sized ramekins and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
- After that time, it can be used. Put refined sugar on top of the tapioca and make the caramel with the blowtorch. IMPORTANT: Be careful not to burn and leave it bitter. The correct thing is to leave it golden with a few small burnt dots. (Image from internet).
