- Hot milk800 ml
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Milk1 can(s)
- grated coconut100 g
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Place the tapioca in a bowl and add the hot milk, let it rest for 10 min. Then add the other ingredients (leave a little bit of the milk and grated coconut for garnish), mix well and place in a pudding mold greased only with butter. Take it to the fridge for 40 min then unmold and put the rest of the girl milk on top and to finish sprinkle the grated coconut.
