- Sugar1 cup
- Milk1 l
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Shredded Coconut200 g
- Coconut Milk500 ml
- Granulated Tapioca300 g
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- In a container, place the “grained” tapioca, the grated coconut (reserve a little to grease the dish).
- Add the coconut milk, condensed milk, and mix everything very well to incorporate. Reserve.
- In a pan put the milk, sugar and butter. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil.
- Pour the boiling milk into the reserved tapioca mixture. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
- Let it rest for 20 minutes for the tapioca to fully hydrate. Pour into a greased and sprinkled shape with the reserved grated coconut.
- Spread well to be uniform and take to freeze for 5 hours. After that time, remove from the fridge and unfold on a platter.
- Sprinkle grated coconut and cinnamon powder and decorate with cinnamon sticks.
- Serve this delicious tapioca cake well chilled!
