- Hot milk800 ml
- Sugar2 cup
- Granulated Tapioca500 g
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- grated coconut50 g
- In a bowl, combine the milk, granulated tapioca and sugar.
- Mix everything and let it rest for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Then add the coconut, coconut milk and condensed milk.
- Mix well and pour this mixture into a greased shape with butter.
- Place in the fridge for 3 hours, then unmold.
- If desired, add condensed milk on top before serving.
