- Granulated Tapioca599 g
- Fresh grated coconut400 g
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sugar200 g
- Hot milk1 l
- Place the sugar and tapioca in a vase and mix well, then add the hot milk, condensed milk and half the grated coconut.
- Put the mixture in a greased shape with little olive oil, and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes,
- Carefully remove the pan so it doesn't break, and sprinkle the rest of the grated coconut on top.
