- Granulated tapioca3 kg
- Whole milk3 l
- Mozzarella cheese1500 g
- Oil1500 ml
- Salt to taste
- Guava1 kg
- Black pepper to taste
- Place the tapioca in a large container, add the grated cheese and mix.
- Heat the milk until it boils.
- Add the milk little by little to the tapioca and mix. Repeat the process until the milk runs out.
- Note: take a rectangular shape and place plastic wrap on it
- Place the dough evenly in the pan using a spatula.
- Place in the refrigerator to cool down. When it is cold, turn it over on the table and cut strips of dough a little bigger than a dice. Reserve.
- Spicy guava paste: heat the guava paste and add water until it becomes creamy. Add pepper to your liking. Reserve
- Put the oil to heat and fry the dice. Don't let it fry for too long or it won't burst.
- Serve with spicy guava paste
- This quantity serves up to 80 people as an entry option for an event. But if you want to make less, just divide the recipe.
