- granulated tapioca300 g
- Shredded Coconut100 g
- A pinch of salt to taste
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Whole milk1 l
- Coconut milk200 ml
- condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Place the tapioca along with the grated coconut, sugar and condensed milk in a large bowl
- Boil the whole milk, a pinch of salt, the coconut milk and pour over this mixture (stirring a lot)
- Add the mixture in a greased shape with a little oil
- Take it to the fridge for about 2 hours to firm up well.
- Unmold, cover with the rest of the condensed milk and sprinkle grated coconut
- Serve in slices.
