- Sugar to taste
- Salt (pinch) to taste
- Cow's milk4 cup
- Add to the tapioca, 1/2 grated coconut with the thin shell, sugar, salt and hot milk.
- Allow about an hour to swell.
- Then turn it over on a plate, pour the remaining coconut milk and serve.
