- Granulated Tapioca500 g
- Hot milk1 l
- Hot milk1/2 l
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Fresh grated coconut1 to taste
- Sugar1 cup
- Put a liter and 1/2 of milk to boil (turn it off before boiling) in a basin already leaves the tapioca and mix the milk well.
- Add the condensed milk and sugar, always mixing well to avoid lumps.
- Gradually add the grated coconut to taste. After mixing well, transfer to a tray or mold of your choice, cover with a dish towel and let it rest for at least 2 hours.
- Hot milk makes tapioca cook well. When it cools you can put grated coconut on top and if you prefer take it to the fridge.
