- Granulated Tapioca2 cup
- Coconut Milk250 ml
- Milk3 cup
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar5 tablespoon
- Water50 ml
- Place the sugar in the pudding mold and heat until caramelized.
- Add water and set aside
- Put the tapioca to hydrate in coconut milk
- Beat the milk, condensed milk and eggs in a blender.
- Add the hydrated tapioca and beat some more.
- Place the dough in the pudding mold and cover with aluminum foil until golden.
- Place in the fridge and when cool, unmold and serve.
