- Shredded Coconut200 g
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Sugar for syrup2 cup
- Bring the sugar and tapioca to a boil.
- Stir until it forms a thick porridge.
- Turn off the heat and quickly mix the condensed milk, grated coconut and lightly beaten eggs.
- Make the syrup in the mold and then put the pudding mixture.
- Bake in a preheated oven in a bain-marie until browned on top.
