- Granulated Tapioca1 cup
- grated coconut50 g
- Milk650 ml
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Culinary sweetener4 dessert spoon
- Vanilla essence to taste
- Start by heating the milk with the tapioca until it has the consistency of porridge.
- Blend the still hot porridge and the other ingredients in a blender.
- Caramelize the sweetener in small molds or in a large form for pudding. Pour the pudding mixture over the caramelized syrup.
- Pre heat the oven to 190 degrees and bake in a water bath for about 50 minutes or until the consistency is firm. Wait for it to freeze and misinform your pudding.
