  • Granulated Tapioca1 cup
  • grated coconut50 g
  • Milk650 ml
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Culinary sweetener4 dessert spoon
  • Vanilla essence to taste
  1. Start by heating the milk with the tapioca until it has the consistency of porridge.
  2. Blend the still hot porridge and the other ingredients in a blender.
  3. Caramelize the sweetener in small molds or in a large form for pudding. Pour the pudding mixture over the caramelized syrup.
  4. Pre heat the oven to 190 degrees and bake in a water bath for about 50 minutes or until the consistency is firm. Wait for it to freeze and misinform your pudding.
