- Liquid whole milk1 l
- condensed milk2 cup
- Dried Granulated Tapioca500 g
- Shredded Coconut1 cup
- Sugar2 teaspoon
- Reserve the tapioca in a bowl Bring the milk to a boil and then add it to the tapioca, stirring very slowly.
- Add the sugar, 1 cup of condensed milk and 1/2 cup of grated coconut. Mix everything and refrigerate for 1 hour 30 minutes. Can be made in a large bowl or individual bowls.
- Once the time in the refrigerator has passed, add the rest of the condensed milk and the grated coconut on top.
