- Apple2 kg
- Mix sugar (60g), flour, butter (125g) and egg to form the dough. Wrap in pvc film and leave in the fridge while you prepare the filling.
- Peel and cut the apples into four, soaking them in water so they don't brown.
- In a large skillet, melt remaining sugar and butter. When it has reached a caramel tone, arrange the apples side by side and cook for 20 minutes.
- Place the dough over the skillet and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
