- Puff pastry200 g
- Apples3 unit(s)
- Sugar150 g
- Butter50 g
- In a pan, make a light caramel with sugar and a little water.
- When golden, but not burnt, remove from heat and gradually add the softened butter, mixing well.
- Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees
- Transfer the caramel to the bottom of a pan, cut the apples in half and place in the pan.
- Cover the form with the puff pastry
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the pastry is golden.
- Allow to cool before unmolding
- Can be served with ice cream
