- coconut milk100 ml

- chemical yeast powder1 dessert spoon
- Mix everything in the blender, lastly I added the yeast. I used a small shape, greased with margarine and wheat and took it to the preheated oven until golden. This one for my taste is perfect, both in texture and in “sweetness” but you can add 1 more spoon of sugar if you want it sweeter. By the way, I used light coconut milk because it was what I had at home, but if yours is normal, it's sweeter.
- Optional sprinkle with ground cinnamon after roasting. In my opinion, it adds an extra touch of charm and blends in perfectly. Enjoy your food.
