- Separate the dry ingredients from the wet ones. In a bowl place the wheat, sugars, yeast and chocolate stir lightly just to mix. Make a "hole" in the middle and place the eggs, margarine and vanilla. Stir lightly with a spoon and then work the dough with your hand until you have a soft conscience, do not crush so the chocolate does not crumble, mix until it becomes uniform, it's okay if it sticks a little to your hands. Then in a greased shape with wheat margarine, make balls if necessary use a spoon to help, make balls not too high and not too thin because they spread. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, until browned at the bottom. A tip, while hot the cookies are soft, so if the bottom is golden you can remove it from the oven. Don't wait until they're hard or they'll turn into an unusable stone when they cool down. Another thing, it can't be another type of sugar instead of brown sugar, ok, it gives that nice color and balances the recipe. It makes a lot, it all depends on the size you make.
