- Wheat flour3 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Yeast2 teaspoon
- Rum (can be pinga, tequila...)50 ml
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder7 tablespoon
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Rum30 ml
- Pasta: Beat all eggs, milk, 2 tablespoons of margarine, 2 cups of sugar, flour, 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder and 50 ml of rum in a mixer on medium/high speed for 5 minutes. Add the yeast and mix with a spatula. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Syrup: Heat the 2 tablespoons of margarine and the 7 tablespoons of chocolate over low heat, stir until smooth, add the cream and mix well, turn off the heat and mix the sugar and rum.
