- grated coconut100 g
- 50% or 100% chocolate powder1 cup
- Eggs5 unit(s)
- Hot water3/4 cup
- Melted butter170 g
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Sugar1 cup
- Vanilla essence1/4 cup
- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Chocolate powder or Nescau or toddy for the brigadeiro to taste
- In a blender, beat the chocolate powder, grated coconut, sugar, eggs, water and butter.
- Add the beaten mixture to a bowl and add the flour and baking powder.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- For the brigadeiro, melt 1 tablespoon of butter with the chocolate powder that can be Nescau or toddy, as soon as the butter melts and the chocolate powder dissolves well, add the condensed milk and cook until it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
- As soon as you unglue from the bottom of the pan, turn off the fire add 1 box of milk cream with the fire off and a pinch of salt, mix a lot and it's ready
