- Puff pastry (package ready)400 g
- Dulce de leche2 cup
- Icing sugar to taste
- Fisalis or strawberries (decoration) to taste
- Roll out the puff pastry according to the package instructions and cut into 3cm x 10cm rectangles.
- Take a large shape and place them next to each other. Brush with beaten egg (to give color) and take it to the medium oven (230 degrees), preheated, for 10 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and set aside.
- Place a line of dulce de leche on a plate to make the base (the size of the dough rectangle). Place a baked dough on top and make a layer with the dulce de leche filling. Repeat the layers (2 more times) ending in dough.
- Dust the surface with icing sugar and decorate with physalis or strawberries.
