- Chocolate Oatmeal80 g
- Almond flour20 g
- Quark60 g
- Olive oil10 ml
- Baking powder1 coffee spoon
- Liquid sweetener (or other. 16 drops) to taste
- Vanilla essence to taste
- Cooking chocolate60 g
- Almonds25 g
- Honey1 tablespoon
- Water to taste
- Beat the eggs with the quark, the oil, the liquid sweetener and the vanilla essence.
- Add the flours in a bowl and mix. I gradually sieved the flour and yeast mixture into the eggs, beating after each addition.
- I put the mixture in a donut mold and put it in a preheated oven at 180º for approximately 12/25 minutes (until golden and cooked).
- Put the almonds in a frying pan. I added 1c. honey and let it caramelize, stirring constantly until bubbly.
- Remove to a plate, let cool and grind in a food processor. Add the crushed almonds to the melted chocolate, stir well.
- I dipped each donut into the chocolate mixture.
- I served and tried not to eat them all at once 🤤
