- Sugar180 g
- Water90 ml
- Sour cream150 ml
- Butter (40g)40 tablespoon
- Vanilla1 to taste
- Crushed chestnuts100 g
- In a pan weigh sugar and add water.
- Bring to a boil without stirring and let it reduce for 10 minutes, or until it turns amber.
- Heat the cream and add stirring with an ouet.
- Lower the heat and add the vanilla and cook for about 2 minutes, with the low heat add the butter and chestnuts.
- Let cool.
