- Butter/rennet cheese400 g
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Refined sugar150 g
- Cut the banana into strips lengthwise.
- In a skillet, heat the butter and fry the bananas until golden. Remove and reserve them
- Fry the cheese in a nonstick skillet. make it golden
- Sprinkle sugar over the banana. Cover the banana with the cheese and sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.
