- Butter cheese or northern cheese70 g
- Butter20 g
- Sugar15 g
- Cinnamon to taste
- Peel and cut the bananas in half lengthwise.
- Put the butter in a skillet and wait for it to heat up.
- Add the bananas without stirring.
- When golden, turn and brown on the other side.
- Remove from skillet and place on a plate.
- In the same skillet, add the cheese.
- And do the same way, let it brown on one side without moving.
- Flip and brown the other side.
- Remove and place on top of bananas.
- Mix the sugar with the cinnamon and put on top.
- Then serve while still hot.
