- Chemical yeast powder1 tablespoon

- Coconut milk200 ml
- Pasta Grease and flour a large rectangular baking dish (40 x 28 cm). Reserve.
- Preheat oven to medium temperature (180°C).
- Whisk the egg yolks, water and 2 cups of sugar in a mixer until a whitish foam forms. Gradually add the flour, 1 ½ cornstarch and the baking powder without stopping to beat.
- Remove from the mixer and gently fold in the snow whites.
- Place on the reserved baking sheet and bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the dough comes out clean.
- Roof In a saucepan, dissolve the remaining cornstarch in the milk. Add the rest of the sugar, half of the grated coconut, the coconut milk and bring to a medium heat, stirring constantly until it boils.
- Pour over the still warm cake. Top with the rest of the grated coconut and let it cool. Serve immediately
