- Add the condensed milk, the cream and the cocoa powder in a pan. Mix well until smooth. Bring to a low heat, stirring constantly until the Brigadeiro dough comes off the pan. Then reserve on a plate, letting it cool to room temperature. Weigh the balls (about 12g), roll them up and roll them in the sprinkles. Roll up again so the granules can adhere perfectly to the candy. Arrange in size 5 molds
