- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Chocolate or chocolate powder4 tablespoon
- Margarine or butter1 tablespoon
- Granules to decorate to taste
- In a pan put the ingredients.
- Mix well and over low heat, stir until it becomes brigadeiro point.
- Brigadeiro point is when it is no longer sticking to the bottom of the pan.
- Transfer to a plate greased with margarine and cover with plastic wrap.
- Leave in the fridge for 3 hours.
