- Place all the ingredients in a heavy-bottomed pan, mix well until everything dissolves.
- Turn on the fire at medium temperature, stir until it thickens and unglues from the bottom of the pan, that is, until the Moses point.

- Place on a plate and cover with plastic wrap, let it rest for 4 hours or until the dough has completely cooled.
