- Sour Cream 200g1 unit(s)
- Spoon (Soup) of Margarine1 unit(s)
- Spoon (Soup) Chocolate3 unit(s)
- Cup of Granules1 unit(s)
- You will need 30 brigadeiro molds.
- With a brush, grease a plate with a little butter. Reserve.
- Carefully separate the molds from each other and arrange on a small platter. Reserve.
- In a pan, mix the condensed milk, cream, chocolate and margarine. Place over low heat and stir well until all ingredients are dissolved.
- When it boils, calculate 15 minutes cooking, without stopping stirring, or until the bottom of the pan appears. Remove the pan from the heat and transfer the brigadeiro to the greased plate. Let cool.
- In a bowl, place the granulated and leave it next to the plate with the brigadeiro dough.
- Spread some butter in the palm of your hands and, with the help of 1 teaspoon, make 2.5 cm balls. Pass the balls through the bowl with the sprinkles, mixing each one very well.
- Then place the balls in the molds. Serve next.
