- Base: Cornstarch Biscuits (2 packets)2 unit(s)
- Butter or margarine3 tablespoon
- Filling: Cream cheese700 g
- Sugar1 cup
- Large lemon1 unit(s)

- Vanilla to taste
- Cinnamon Powder1 dessert spoon
- Base: Beat the biscuit in the liqui until it becomes flour. Place a bowl and add the butter and cinnamon powder. Mix everything until it becomes a farofa
- Line the bottom and sides of a removable rimmed baking dish with this dough. Take to pre bake for 5 min.
- While baking let's make the stuffing. Put the cream cheese, eggs, sugar, lemon zest and squeezed lemon in the mixer. Knock until you get a c
