- Base: Cornstarch biscuits (2 packets)2 unit(s)
- Butter or margarine3 tablespoon
- Filling: Cream cheese700 g
- Sugar1 cup
- Large lemon1 unit(s)
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Vanilla to taste
- Cinnamon powder1 dessert spoon
- Base: Blend the biscuits in a blender until they become flour. Place the biscuits in a bowl and add the butter and cinnamon powder. Mix everything until it becomes a crumbly mixture.
- Line the bottom and sides of a springform pan with this dough. Pre-bake for 10 minutes.
- While it bakes, let's make the filling. Put the cream cheese, eggs, sugar, lemon zest and squeezed lemon in the mixer. Beat until you get a creamy consistency.
- Let the biscuit base cool and add the cheesecake batter. Bake again for about 30 minutes.
- When finished baking, let it rest and then put it in the fridge and before serving you can add a syrup of your choice.
- I used jabuticaba jelly, but feel free to use whatever you prefer.
