- Milk (condensed milk box measure)1 unit(s)
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar (for the syrup)2 cup
- In a blender place all the ingredients and blend for 5 minutes. Reserve.
- In a pan put the sugar and stir until it becomes a caramel.
- Transfer the caramel to a pudding mold.
- Then pour the liquid into the mold.
- Bake in a bain-marie.
- Preheated oven at 200° for 40 minutes.
- After that time, test with a toothpick.
- Wait for it to cool and unmold.
