- 395g condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Milk (same measure as the box of condensed milk)1 unit(s)
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Syrup: Cup (Tea) of Sugar1 unit(s)
- Cup (Tea) Water1/2 unit(s)
- 1st Pudding: First, blend all the ingredients for 5 minutes in the blender.
- 2nd Syrup: Melt the sugar in the pan until it turns brown, then add the water and let it thicken.
- Place in a round pudding mold and pour the pudding dough on top.
- Bake in a medium oven for 45 minutes, at 200° with the round roast inside a larger one with water. (bain marie)
- Prick a fork to see if it's cooked through.
- Let cool and unmold.
