- Sugar01 cup
- Water (half a cup)0 to taste
- In a wide-bottomed pan, melt the sugar until golden.
- Add half a cup of hot water to the sugar and stir with a spoon.
- Let it boil until the sugar clumps melt and the syrup thickens.
- Pour the syrup into the pudding mold and set aside.
- In a blender, mix all the pudding ingredients and place in the mold.
- Cover with aluminum foil and take it to the medium oven (180), in a water bath for about 01 hour and 30 min.
- While still warm, unmold and refrigerate for about 6 hours and serve.
