- In a round shape with a hole in the middle, put the sugar and take it to the low fire until caramelized.
- In the blender, beat the eggs, milk and condensed milk.
- Flip the mold with the caramel already melted.
- If you want the smooth pudding, sift it before putting it in the mold.
- Bake in a bain-marie at 180°C for 30 minutes.
- Stick a wet fork, if it comes out clean, it's ready.
- Wait for it to cool and unmold
