- Sugar1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- liquid milk320 ml
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- For the syrup, in a wide-bottomed pan, melt the sugar.
- Gradually add the water and stir until the lumps dissolve.
- Let it boil for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and pour into a central hole shape. Reserve.
- For the pudding, in a blender, beat the condensed milk, liquid milk and eggs. Pour in reserved form.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a medium oven (180°C), in a bain-marie, for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Once cooled, place in the fridge for about 5 hours.
- Unmold and serve.
